History

Since the summer of 2006, Alma en Pena has been a brand that celebrates beauty, comfort, and quality in women’s footwear. Founded in Spain, it quickly became a point of reference, bringing its distinctive style to countries like Portugal, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Germany just one year after its inception.

Known for its attention to detail, Alma en Pena stands out with the use of exceptional materials such as rhinestones, embossed leathers, vibrant colors, and high-quality shimmer. These elements not only reflect elegance but also offer durability that supports the modern woman with every step. Today, with an annual production of 600,000 pairs and presence in over 2,000 multi-brand points of sale around the world, the brand continues to conquer new horizons.

Our story is also marked by our social commitment. In 2018, we launched a collection in collaboration with the NGO Afrikable, drawing inspiration from Maasai and Kenyan tribes to create sandals that not only reflect their rich culture but also help improve the lives of women in Kenya. This project reflects our mission to blend fashion with a positive impact.

Throughout our journey, we have also innovated in production. With the support of a strategic partner in China, we developed an exclusive factory for the brand, which brought to life our first flat sandal model, marking the beginning of our product diversification.

In 2023, we took another step toward evolution with a complete refresh of our visual identity and the launch of a new retail concept in our flagship store in Madrid. This space is not only a showcase of our style but also a turning point that redefines our vision for the future.

Alma en Pena doesn’t stop. Today, we are expanding our horizons with the launch of our first clothing and accessories collection, offering women a complete fashion experience.
